    Administrative Associate

    Description 

    • We are seeking a dynamic, versatile and smart administrative associate for our client, a fast-growing travel agency.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within our organization.
    • The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide general administrative support to various departments within the organization, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
    • Assist with the coordination of meetings and events, including scheduling, booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
    • Respond to inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
    • Manage the social media pages of the company
    • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation and preparing itinerary
    • Perform other administrative duties as required by the organization

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
    • Up to 2 years of experience in an administrative role or a related field
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality of work
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software
    • Content writing and social media marketing experience is an advantage.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Knowledge of office management procedures and equipment.
    • Must reside within Ikeja, Ogba environs in Lagos.
