    Administrative Assistant (Manufacturing)

    Job Summary:

    • We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in office administration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, and be proficient in data entry, documentation, and filing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the team
    • Manage data entry, documentation, and filing systems
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
    • Utilize Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to perform tasks efficiently

    Requirements:

    • HND or B.Sc in Office Administration or a related field
    • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
