    Administrative / Account Officer

    Role Summary

    • Our Client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional for our client to support project implementation through administrative coordination, accounting support, and procurement/logistics functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support field surveys, monitoring activities, and data collection where required
    • Provide logistical support for training, workshops, and project interventions
    • Assist in planning, coordinating, and reporting project meetings and activities
    • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and circulate reports to stakeholders
    • Maintain proper documentation, including invoices, receipts, and procurement records
    • Process payments and track expenses in line with approved procedures
    • Source vendors, obtain quotations, and support procurement of goods/services
    • Coordinate logistics, including transportation, materials, and field arrangements
    • Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders
    • Ensure smooth operations of project offices (Abuja & Gwagwalada)
    • Support general administrative and operational tasks as assigned

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
    • 2–4 years experience in administrative, accounting, or procurement roles
    • Strong knowledge of basic accounting and documentation processes
    • Experience with procurement and vendor coordination
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
