Our client is looking to recruit an experience professional who will be responsible for office administrative support, bookkeeping and Customer service.
Responsibilities
Act as the administrative support between the office and internal/external clients
Administer office records, calls, correspondences, employee queries, meetings and handling of office and customer requests
Process accounts payable and receivable
Handle Bookkeeping, and account spreadsheets
Ensure office compliance with local, State and national laws
Interface with suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
Requirements
A minimum of HND in Business Admin, Accounting or any related study
3 years work experience in admin, accounting or any relevant role
Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have excellent organizational and IT skills.
Have high levels of professionalism, initiative, energy, creativity and flexibility.
