    Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Officer with expertise in pharmaceutical imports documentation, bank-related documentation, and general administration. 
    • The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, possess excellent attention to detail, and ensure accurate and timely processing of all required documentation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and process pharmaceutical import documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Handle bank-related documentation, including letters of credit, Form M, proforma invoices, and other financial paperwork.
    • Liaise with regulatory agencies, banks, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth documentation processes.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all import and financial documents.
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations in all documentation.
    • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
    • Utilize Excelfor data analysis, report generation, and tracking of documentation timelines.
    • Assist in procurement processes and vendor management related to imports.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years proven experience in documentation for pharmaceutical imports and bank-related transactions.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of documentation with accuracy.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
