    Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    The Admin Officer will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative and operational support to the Kiwi Group team, ensuring the smooth running of daily office activities. This role is crucial in maintaining organizational efficiency, particularly in supporting the logistics, transport, and client service departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    Administrative & Office Management

    • Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
    • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems for client contracts, staff records, vendor agreements, and general correspondence.
    • Ensure the office environment is clean, orderly, and well-stocked with necessary supplies (stationery, toiletries, etc.).
    • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and physical mail.
    • Coordinate office maintenance and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers (e.g., utility companies, cleaning services).

    Documentation & Client Support

    • Assist in preparing, formatting, and proofreading official documents, reports, proposals, and presentations.
    • Maintain accurate records for transport logistics services, including car hire bookings, driver schedules, and pick-up/drop-off logs.
    • Support the client service team by processing customer requests and assisting with client record updates.
    • Handle basic invoicing and expense documentation for administrative purposes.

    Human Resources & Logistics Support (In Coordination with Relevant Units)

    • Assist in the initial documentation and record-keeping for new staff and outsourced drivers.
    • Support the background check process by compiling and verifying required documentation.
    • Maintain an updated inventory of company vehicles and assets.
    • Assist in tracking and documenting vehicle maintenance schedules and logbooks for the haulage and car hire fleet.

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    Minimum Educational Qualification

    • Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Technology and Management, or a related field.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the transport, logistics, or service industry.

    Key Skills & Competencies

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
    • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
    • Familiarity with the Lagos geography and general logistics operations is a plus.
    • Must be between the ages of 26 - 30
    • Must live close to or around Obanikoro, Lagos.
