A candidate for Admin. Officer I should possess a Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum grade of Second Class Lower Division in a relevant field. If holding a Master’s degree, a minimum of Three (3) years of post-qualification administrative experience is required; if holding a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of Five (5) years of post-qualification administrative experience is necessary. This role demands strong administrative, leadership, and communication skills, with essential computer literacy. Membership of recognized professional administrative bodies (e.g., NIM) would be an added advantage.
