Ad-hoc Marketing Team at Wellington Clinics

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute promotional flyers strategically in target communities, public spaces, and healthcare-related events.
• Promote participation in our free and subsidized health services through direct engagement with the public.
• Support event planning and execution, including health fairs, community outreach programs, and promotional events.
• Assist in setting up marketing booths and displays during events.
• Monitor public response and provide feedback to improve future marketing efforts.
• Ensure all marketing activities are consistent with Wellington Clinics’ brand identity and comply with healthcare marketing regulations.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach while representing the clinic in public spaces.
• Collaborate with internal departments and other outreach staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in marketing, promotions, or community engagement.
• Certificate, diploma, or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare promotions or NGO outreach work is an added advantage.
• Must be proactive, reliable, and results-driven.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, depending on outreach schedules.
