    AD - HOC Kitchen Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Communicate and relate effectively at the workplace.
    • Comply with workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
    • Demonstrate basic knife skills.
    • Engage in service innovation initiatives.
    • Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
    • Grill ready-to-use products.
    • Maintain food and beverage production environment.
    • Maintain quality control procedures.
    • Maintain safe and secure working environment.
    • Prepare Western cold sauces.
    • Prepare fish and seafood for cooking.
    • Prepare meat and poultry for cooking.
    • Prepare vegetables, fruits, nuts and mushrooms.
    • Receive and store products.
    • Understand halal food requirements.
    • Work in a team.

    Requirement

    • Candidates should possess an NCE / OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.
