    Activation Manager

    Responsibilities

    • The activation manager is responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns, including identifying target audiences, setting campaign goals, and determining the most effective strategies and tactics to reach those goals.
    • responsible for developing and executing media plans that effectively reach the target audience, including selecting and negotiating media buys, planning and executing digital campaigns, and executing influencer partnerships.
    • The activation manager is responsible for managing the budget for each campaign and ensuring that it stays within the allotted budget constraints.
    • responsible for coordinating with vendors and contractors, such as event planners and creative agencies, to ensure that all necessary resources are obtained for each campaign.
    • works with internal teams, such as creative and editorial, to develop compelling content for each campaign, including video, social media, and print materials.
    • responsible for executing campaigns and initiatives, including organizing events, executing promotional activities, and ensuring that all elements of the campaign are executed on time and within budget.
    • responsible for communicating with internal teams, such as marketing and sales, as well as external stakeholders, such as customers and partners, to ensure that everyone is aware of and engaged with the campaign.
    • responsible for tracking and reporting on campaign metrics, including reach, engagement, and ROI, and using this information to inform future campaigns.
    • Manage and maintain positive relationships with media partners and TV Stations.
    • To take responsibility for spots planned in conjunction with the Traffic Department.
    • Develop promotional opportunities and ideas from conception through to delivery.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a BSc / HND in Marketing from a reputable institution or related courses.
    • 5-6 years of working experience as an Activation Manager in an Advertising, Media or Branding Company with proven track records.
