Accounts Receivable Accountant at Redeemers Health Village

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Accountant located in Mowe.
• The Accounts Receivable Accountant will handle day-to-day tasks including managing invoicing, accounting processes, and ensuring accurate financial records.
• The role involves detailed financial analysis, monitoring accounts, and effective communication with clients regarding outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Tracking & Invoicing

• Generate and dispatch accurate patient and vendor invoices.
• Verify billing documentation to ensure compliance with internal protocols.
• Track outstanding balances and ensure timely collections.

Receivables Reconciliation & Reporting

• Record and reconcile incoming payments against accounts.
• Maintain and update accounts receivable ledger.
• Prepare aging reports and monthly revenue summaries.
• Escalate delinquent accounts and support resolution efforts.

Customer Liaison & Record Management

• Serve as point of contact for billing inquiries and disputes.
• Work collaboratively with the Finance and Patient Services teams.
• Maintain thorough records for auditing, reporting, and compliance purposes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance background
• Experience in Accounting and Invoicing processes
• Excellent Communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency with accounting software and tools
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
