• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles and financial regulations.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
