Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations.
• Perform routine and complex accounting activities including reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and analysis.
• Assist with tax return preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor and report on financial performance by analyzing financial data and providing insights.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities to aid in financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ACA/ ACCA certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
