Key Responsibilities

• Keep proper sales and expense records,with daily reconciliation.
• Monitor financial transactions,fix discrepancies, and handle payment disputes.
• Manage cash flow, banking operations, and POS chargebacks.
• Control product pricing, discounts, and profitability initiatives.
• Comply with tax laws, audits, and financial reporting.
• Prepare financial reports,such as profit and loss statements and cash flow analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with teams to streamline financial processes and efficiency.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting, financial management, or bookkeeping.
• Financial reporting and record-keeping
• Budgeting and cash flow management
• Tax compliance and audit preparation
• POS and banking transaction handling
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Experience in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
• Previous experience in handling reconciliations, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Background in managing company budgets and product pricing is an advantage.
