Job Details

• Manage and oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
• Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including auditors, bankers, and financial institutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g ICAN, ACCA)
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance management
• Proven track record of financial management and leadership
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and standards
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
