Job Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Air-Condition Technician to ensure that all air-conditioning and refrigeration systems in our resort are maintained, repaired, and functioning efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain air-conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration equipment across the resort.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose faults, identify issues, and perform timely repairs to avoid disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of servicing and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist with any emergency HVAC-related repairs to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to support overall resort operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Air-Condition Technician (preferably in a hotel, resort, or commercial property).
• Certification in HVAC or refrigeration systems is highly desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Physical stamina to work in different weather conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
