    Community Development Manager

    Responsibilities

    •     Lead the creation of long term development plan for all the local communities.
    •     Develop specific guidelines for project implementation and project office administration, in order to achieve all of the programme objectives effectively.
    •     Prepare reports and documents as required, including weekly, quarterly and annual progress reports, outcome/impact monitoring reports, technical assessments, monthly delivery and financial status summary, inventory status report, bulletins, and others.

    Qualification and Experience

    •     Bachelor's degree minimum; Masters' Degree preferred.
    •     Candidate would be responsible for communications, consultations, as well as planning, and managing programmes (groups of related projects) that are meant to ensure a mutually beneficial and sustainable relationship between the company and the local communities (population of 20,000).
    •     5 years minimum, 3 of which must be in community development and/or community capacity building management role working with local communities. PMP or Prince 2 Certification preferred.
    •     Software: Proficiency in MS Office Suit
