Role and Responsibilities
He shall lead the Inspection/Internal control Division of the Bank, and in addition, his responsibilities shall include the following:

• Review of operations to ensure compliance with policies of the Board as well as regulatory requirements;
• Investigation of deviations and irregularities;
• Review of Internal control measures and reporting the Managing Director and the Board;
• Issuing of routine audit queries and ensures compliance and cooperation of all units;
• Advising on best practices/procedures; and,
• Any other duty assigned by the Managing Director or the Board.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of first degree in Accounting or equivalent plus audit practice background.
• A minimum post qualification experience of six (6) years is required.
