    HRSS Officer

    Key Accountabilities

    • Act as first point of contact for HRSS query resolution
    • Payroll Administration - Collate and provide data to EY; review payroll reports received from EY
    • Ensure all Regulatory Remittance / Payment (e.g. Pension, NSITF, PAYE, NHF etc) are made within the regulatory timelines
    • Update and maintenance of staff records / files
    • HR Accounts reconciliation / provision of documentation for Proofing
    • Act as the Business Activity Owner Support for HRSS Vendors
    • Process Vendor Payment
    • Responsible for processing staff entitlement and benefits:
      • Per Diem for STAs
    • Responsible for Office and Inventory Management
    • Employee Lifecycle:
      • Enquiry management
      • Leave of absence
      • Letter generation
    • Updating HR Systems by working with HR Business Partners to provide efficient, effective and high quality service delivery.
    • General HR administrative support
    • Reporting
    • Other functions that may be assigned to you by your supervisor

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • A B.Sc/ BA degree

    Skills:

    • Effective command or verbal and written English
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good customer service orientation
    • Very strong interpersonal skills

    Knowledge/Experience:

    • Payroll Administration Knowledge
    • Minimum of 5 years working experience in HR
    • Excellent computer skills - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Intermediate level on Excel
    • Capability in benefits development
    • Stakeholder management
    • Verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong influencing skills
