Our client in the Real Estate is need of a valuation surveyor who will provide high quality professional estate management and valuation service to all clients in order to fulfill the objectives of the company.
 
Job Description

• Undertake the valuation of assets in accordance with the instructions of the client
• Advice on property values and land purchase
• Prepare valuation reports in accordance with the VIRS and IFRS standards
• Determine property attributes which affects value and apply those judgment to property within specified market areas to determine market values
• Keep up to date of industry factors that may impact the real estate industry
• Formulate detailed preventive maintenance policy to management for handling properties
• conduct feasible and viability studies for projects
• Identify and establish the operative life span and renewal of the component parts that makes up infrastructure/assets
• Advise on the highest and best use of any lad and landed properties
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company
• Prepare and present weekly, quarterly and yearly report on valuation executions
• Provide support to the Agency, Facilities and Management departments
• Computer literate 

Skills

• Demonstrate experience in surveying, including acquisitions/disposals, valuation ratings, lease renewals and estate management
• Ability to write accurate and detailed valuation reports and presentations
• Must be able to use Microsoft Suites
• Able to prioritise, plan and organise own workload to meet conflicting priorities, targets and deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Managerial skills
• Able to work on own or as part of a team
• Good negotiation skilld
• Computer literate

Requirements
 
Job Qualification(s)

• Bsc Estate Management
• Driving skills with license would be an advantage.
• NIEVS would be an added advantag
