Candidate’s Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Manages all staff data (muster sheet, SAP, documentation etc)
• Responsible staff attendance record (absent, lateness, leave report, etc)
• Conducting and preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Manages First-Aid boxes
• Assist in recruitment process and conducting induction session
• Assist in salary preparation
• Assist in preparing Employee List.
• Assist in preparing monthly Dashboard HR report

Experience and Qualifications Required for the role

• At least 1-2 year’s work experience.
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent or above.
• Familiar with HR or Data management work related.
• Professional certificates in related field is an added advantage.

Candidate’s Required Competencies and Attributes

• Male candidate preferred.
• Preferred candidate would be between the ages of 24-30 years.
• Proficiency in MS Office – MS Excel (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot, Count If, Etc.)
• Good communication skill
• Strong attention to details
• Hardworking and motivated
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Team player
• Excellent time management abilities
