Job Summary

• Provide help and advice to in-bound customers on the firms’ transcript and verification product or services.
• Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, e-mail and face to face.
• Investigate and solve customers’ problems, which may be complex or longstanding problems.
• Manage the customer refunds process.
• Keep complete and accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers within the ETX office system. Where necessary, updating order status on the admin system.
• Ensure that all incoming support requests are replied within a maximum period of 24 hours.
• Support the firms’ social media management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in a relevant field
