Provide help and advice to in-bound customers on the firms’ transcript and verification product or services.
Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, e-mail and face to face.
Investigate and solve customers’ problems, which may be complex or longstanding problems.
Manage the customer refunds process.
Keep complete and accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers within the ETX office system. Where necessary, updating order status on the admin system.
Ensure that all incoming support requests are replied within a maximum period of 24 hours.
Support the firms’ social media management.
SKILLS
Excellent communication skill; both written and verbal.
Possessing excellent vocabulary
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
