Job Description/Responsibilities

• Expect to walk into a fun environment built on open, genuine, friendly relationships.
• Answering questions and following up on leads helping inform customers about their options.
• Interacting with customers on phone making them feel comfortable
• Responsibility is to sell cars.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Providing a quality customer service experience to our valued TCN customers
• Sales Representatives work with customers to determine their needs and wants in their next vehicle purchase
• Sales Representatives commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
• Responsible for the meet and greet,of the sales process
• Sales Representatives work in a haggle free, fixed pricing high volume dealership model
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
• Achieves individual sales goals and customer service goals.
