Finance Officer at DO.II Designs Limited

Job Role :

• Management of the general ledger and all other related accounting activities.
• Generate and review the monthly trial balance with Head of Accounts.
• Supervise other accountants to ensure that their monthly schedules to the accounts are prepared and submitted as at when the.
• Assist with the audit preparation work to allow for timely completion of the annual financial statements and tax returns.
• Monitor the budget in all contracts, projects and report on the variances.
• Maintain records and reconcile all imports in progress and contracts in progress.
• Be involved in the analysis of financial performance and so contributing to medium and long term business planning and forcasts.
• Generate cost implication in management decisions.
• Provide analysis to management on costing of imported raw materials
• Provide analysis to management on costing of contracts and projects.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE.

• Must possess a degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Must possess a minimum of 3years Relevant Experience.
• A professional certification will be an added advantage.e.g ICAN, ACCA.
