    RF Optimization Engineer

    Job Description

    • Our client has instructed us to find a Qualified RF Engineers, with a deep experience in Ericsson 2G, 3G.

    Main Tasks

    • BSC Parameter Audit and Consistency
    • Check FACTS Radio Stats Worse Cell KPI Performance Analysis and Troubleshooting.
    • Troubleshooting Site Faults/Errors and KPI performance degradation using OSS and F.A.T.C.S.
    • Analysing Drive Test Logfiles and recommending solutions.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should have 5 years experience in RF Optimization in E/ 2G / 3G networks (4G would be a plus, not mandatory).
