General Manager at Transquisite Consulting

 The GM will be responsible for:

• The company’s Lagos branch.
• Overseeing administration, Operations, Accounts, Service Quality and Customer service.
• The Branch’s sales target.
• Developing strategies for improved performance .
• Hiring sales people and supervises their delivery.
• Reporting on branch’s performance; making recommendations and executes agreed mandates.
• Interfacing directly with customers, before, during and after projects.
• Ensuring that the organisation’s vision and culture is maintained and consistently cascaded to every employee in the branch.

Requirements

• Must have an MBA
• Experience in a fast paced sales driven environment
• At least 10 years’ active experience in a structured organisations.
• At least 5-7 of those years must be in a General Management position.
• Proven record of sales target delivery.
• Must have embedded experience in the sales of technology related products and services.
