Details:

Graduates Male & Female candidates with previous experence of working in hotels can apply.
- Greet hotel guests; answer any questions or concerns
- Maintain an orderly front desk
- Operate computer programs and multi-line phone systems
- Have full knowledge of products and answer product inquiries
- Maintain guest records and book reservations
- Issue accomadations & other facilities as per reservations
- Complete basic cashier and bookkeeping responsibilities
- Contact necessary staff to solve problems when challenges arise, ensuring guest comfort
