    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the real estate sector or a closely related field.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and building strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels
    • Promote and sell real estate properties to prospective clients
    • Conduct property inspections and presentations
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
    • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns
    • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities

    Educational Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field

    Experience:

    • 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

    Other Requirements:

    • Must be based in Lagos or willing to work from Victoria Island
    • Professional appearance and attitude
    • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Immediate availability is an added advantage.

    Required Skills:

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Customer-focused mindset
    • Ability to work independently and meet targets
    • Good knowledge of the real estate market
    • Proficiency in digital tools and CRM platforms is an advantage
