JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the effective management of people in relation to the following;
• Recruitment,
• Performance management,
• Staff induction,
• Reward & recognition,
• Compensation benefit programs
• Also responsible for full accurate and equitable administration of all support operations by supervising staff planning, organising and implementing administrative systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be conversant with Nigeria labor law
• Must not be more than 30-40 years
• Must have 3-5years experience in management role.
• Good communication skills
• Multi-tasking
• Conflict management and problem solving
• NOTE:CIPM certification is an added advantage
