Job Overview
Responsible for managing the following aspects of the practice: people management, project management and office management.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining practice direction, ensuring quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer engagement.
• Ensure hitch-free internal/external operations, adherence to operational policies and implementation of process improvements.
• Responsible for the financial/expense management of the practice.
• Ensure business objectives achieved and team and organisation performance monitored. 
• Recruit, lead, support and engage staff; monitor individual performance and identify development opportunities.

Person Specification

Educational Qualifications: First degree in any subject.
Professional Qualifications: CIPM, CIPD or HRCI qualification is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar position including 2 years of consulting experience and 2 years of project management leadership experience.
