    Customer Service Expert

    Key Responsibilities

    • Attend to clients’ requests via email, helpline, chat or social media professionally
    • Follow up and follow through on all requests
    • Attend to queries and complaints professionally
    • Build rapport with the clients and prospects of Travelfix.co
    • Ensure customer retention as a result of excellent customer interface and experience

    Qualifications

    • Must have minimum of first degree in social sciences, public service, administration or any other related course
    • Must be social media savvy
    • Must have completed his/her NYSC
