SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Responsible for supervising Learning & Development, Manpower Management, HR Helpdesk
and Employee Relations.

Qualification

• University degree/HND
• Minimum of 4-5 years related experience in core HR of which 3 years is in supervisory role
• Strong Analytical, Data Literacy & Problem-Solving Skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Detail-Orientation - Meticulous, Punctilious & Conscientious
• Good Leadership, Interpersonal & Relational Skills
• Good Presentation Skills - Charisma, Poise, Aura & Comportment
• Statutory Laws & Regulations Familiarity
• Office Microsoft Proficiency 
• Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
• Quality Control - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
• Document Control - Reviewing and keeping records of transaction of sale and purchase goods and services
• Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and can deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
