They require the services of a competent HR professional with over 12 years experience to oversee and ensure efficient management of the company's human capital and to build a highly skilled, motivated and engaged workforce who will drive achievement of corporate objectives. The ideal candidate should have progressive leadership experience especially from the manufacturing sector.

• Previous experience developing and overseeing adherence to policies, procedures and practices as well as entrenchment of corporate culture and values in a large or global organization is required.
• Professional certifications in HR Management such as CIPM or SPHR is required.
