    Digital Marketing Executive

    Job Description

    • The role of the Digital Marketing Executive will design, create and drive online marketing efforts to support the E-Business goals of developing, growing and expanding an online market place for products.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • This role will lead the digital marketing activities, primarily through digital means such as search, social media, affiliate, viral, marketing and so on, according to agreed budgets;
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence;
    • Develop and manage CRM strategy through emails and ecommerce and ensure user data is captured in line with defined CRM and data management best practices;
    • Analyze data, knowledge and ROI analysis from marketing campaigns and develop a comprehensive report for evaluation of all digital marketing campaigns;
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals;
    • Work with the Creatives team to develop, manage and design layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters and related materials and perform any other duties assigned.

    Minimum Qualification

    • Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing (or equivalent)
    • Minimum 3 years work experience in digital marketing. Digital marketing experience in the insurance sector is desirable.

    Requirements:

    • Must have proven track record in creating and delivering successful, cost-effective and innovative digital marketing campaigns (most immediately but not limited to digital marketing channels e.g. SEO, social media, email, viral), that led to successful product/service launch(es) and notable increases in inbound traffic, unique users and revenue.
    • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
    • Demonstrate solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.

    • Ability to work under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects
