Change Management and Business Process Design

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10 -15

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Single Point of contact for customer communication, issues, escalation & risk management
- Finalize Scope and business requirements
- Prepare stakeholder matrix and engagement plan
- Understanding As-Is scenario and prepare high level To-Be process framework
- Prepare Change Plan and detailed implementation roadmap
- Obtain sign off from business stakeholders
LANGUAGE: French speaking required

LOCATION: Johannesburg, South Africa
