We are looking for an experienced office manager to coordinate and upgrade office operations and to provide administrative support for the company's engineering staff. In addition, the ideal candidate would be comfortable with booking keeping, expense reports and accounting or/and ERP software (such as Peachtree, Netsuite, Sage and others).
You'll be expected to handle logistics – organizing the movement of staff and equipment to and from different parts of the country. We would expect you to have very good organizational skills.
In addition, very good oral and written communications skills are a pre-requisite and good Microsoft office skills are expected especially with excel, word, and powerpoint.
