Learning And Development Manager

- Experience 5 - 7 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
Responsibilities
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide
- Design and deliver learning courses, workshops, and other trainings.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
- Oversee training and L&D Specialists
Requirements
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar role
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office (LMS)
- Excellent communication
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- Graduate in any Social Science Related Course
- Professional certification (e.g. CIPM) is a plus
