Overall Purpose of Job

• Deliver the words and verbal content that accompanies the visual elements including print concepts, web, scripts, publications, radio and other creative writing requirements.

Key Job Responsibilities and Skills

• Creativity: need to create original work and develop ideas around chosen themes
• Persuasion: to know how to write persuasively and in some cases, defend creative choices
• Social Perceptiveness: need to have a finger on the pulse, so that copy is relevant and modern, and understand how people will react
• Writing Skills: need to write well: with proper tone, feeling, sentence structure and emotion. Grammar counts!

Person Specifications

• A good 1st degree, Master’s degree will be an added advantage
• 3-5 years work experience

Required Competencies:

• Excellent Communication Skills( Oral and written)
• Good Report Writing skills
• Excellent Microsoft Suite proficiency (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Project Management)
• Good Business Research and analytics skills
• Solutions Consulting skills
