Recruitment Consultant at Ascentech Services Limited

We are currently souring for Recruitment consultant that has the following qualifications-

• BSc in Human Resources or related discipline
• Maximum of 1-3years experience in Recruitment and Business development in any Consulting firm

Job duties

• Responsible for managing the recruitment process (end to end) from candidate sourcing , interviews, client presentation and assessment, salary negotiation, reference check and on boarding.
• Responsible for identifying best fit candidates via headhunting, social media, networking, database   etc.
• -Identifying and closing out on new business opportunities
• Carry out interviews, assessments of shortlisted candidates to assess competencies in line with job requirements/specification.
