Quickcheck Credit Collections Manager at SeedStars Academy

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities of the collections unit
• Minimize Loss resulting from non payment of loan
• Preparation of key management reports such as PAR Report, collections roll rate report and first payment analysis
• Initiate the review of collection strategy manual
• Review net flows and collector productivity by bucket for capacity planning and for training needs
• Appraise all team members based on performance
• Provide feedback on collection activities for policy changes
• Ensure all customers payments are acknowledged by receipts and final discharge when resolved
• Manage the collections and Recovery unit
• Delinquency Management
• Developing training manuals for collections team
• Collating weekly and monthly Reports for management
• Making calls to debtors
• Ensuring the CRM tool is used to record interactions with clients
• Follow up with clients to ensure that terms and conditions of loan facilities are complied with
• Identify negative trends and deviations from client’s financial commitment
• Ensure prompt repayment and servicing of loans from indebted clients
