    Description:

    Key Responsibility : Work closely with line managers to deliver an HR agenda that supports the overall goals and objectives of the business. 

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Recruiting, training and developing staff
    • Pensions and benefits administration
    • Look after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
    • Organise staff training sessions and activities
    • Monitor staff performance and attendance
    • Advise line managers and other employees on employment law and the company’s  employment policies and procedures
    • Human resources information management
    • Liaise with external stakeholders, agencies and institutions
    • Support HR CoE as required always
    • Perform ofice adminstration functions

    Location: Oko Oba - Agege, Lagos

    Experience: 2-3 years human resource/admin function experience.

    Applicant must have good interpersonal relations, presentation and communication skills, with hands-on IT competence.
