Project Manager at 25th & Staffing

Duration: Permanent, 2 years

Requirements

• Should have 12+ yrs. of experience of handling application support in BI/DWH Area.
• Experience of handling e2e service management, SLA monitoring & handling, customer communication & reporting.
• Understanding of ITIL framework and adherence to it is must.
• Should have very good Telecom domain experience.
• Experience of onsite customer management for BI Implementation projects and Managed Service projects is a must.
• Should have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; with ability to deal with people at all levels.
• Preferably person also has experience in BI/DW Design.
• Ability to perform the role of Business Analyst i.e. capture requirements, analyze and explain to development team.
• Knowledge of Informatica/Oracle DB/ OBIEE/SAS will be added advantage.

Things to Note:

Associate is expected to travel for short durations (1-2 weeks) at a time, multiple times a year. During initial transition associate may have to be at different locations continuously for 3 months. Travel includes difficult countries as well. Knowledge of local language is must
