    Programme Finance Officer

    Essential criteria

    • Knowledge of financial standards required by donors, local financial standards and legal framework
    • Experience in working with financial accounting procedures, writing and reviewing financial reports, creating and monitoring budgets
    • Experience in delivering financial training using different methodologies
    • Experience with using excel and word processing packages and other account reporting tools
    • Fluency in verbal and written English

    Desirable criteria

    • Experience working for an international NGO
    • Experience dealing with institutional donor fund accounting
    • You will need to be an individual who is meticulous and well organised, who is able to plan, organise and prioritise a demanding workload.
