Requirements:
- HND/BSc. in any discipline
- A foundation degree in culinary arts
- Excellent cooking skills
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the planning and organizing of all kitchen activities, cost control, purchasing and inventory, compliance with ISO and HACCP standards.
