• This candidate must posses a certificate from an acclaimed Culinary school within or outside Nigeria
• Must have worked with either a minimum of a three star hotel or equivalent.
• Have on the job experience of at least 5-7 years as a qualified chef.
• The individual must have mastery of the intercontinental cuisine including English, French, Italian dishes,knowledge of local dishes would be an advantage.
