Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Implementation of company HSE and Security policies to ensure safe work environment.
• Construction coordination and supervision.
• Provision of Technical Support.
• Operational Excellence.
• Team Role - Ensure seamless interfaces with own staff and sub contractor staff in the planning and execution of all construction activities.
• Project Management - control the time, cost and quality of construction projects.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process.

Key Competencies Required
Knowledge and Skills:

• A Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• COREN/NSE registered.
• Minimum of 25 years & above post qualification cognate experience in civil/structural and construction engineering for AGM, 20yrs & above for Snr. Projects Managers & Project Managers
• Broad construction experience specifically in roads, bridges and building construction.
• Project management skills
• Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously
• Ability to work in a diverse multicultural environment, team player who can seamlessly work effectively with other personnel
• Proficient in the use of various desktop applications
• Aptitude to details and accuracy
• Analytical, innovative and able to function effectively und pressure.
