- Fluent in English,
- Production and Industrial Relations experience,
- Min. 6 years team management experience
- Has an experience all HR areas, union and collective bargaining,
- Expert about Nigeria labout law
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Ability to think analytically,
- Organization skills and flexible,
- Advanced presentation, communication and interpersonal skills,
- Have no rectriction to travel
