    General Manager - Leadership Conference

    Key Responsibilities

    • Undertaking appropriate research
    • Identifying new business opportunities
    • Marketing and selling conferences
    • Planning and organising the company’s annual conference/awards event.

    Qualifications

    • The candidate for this position must have a degree in a relevant field.
    • A Master’s degree is an added advantage
    • Must not be less than 35 years’of age
    • Must have at least five years working experience in a relevant field

    Skills:

    • Ability to cope pressure
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Effective time management and organisational abilities.

    Remuneration
    The remuneration package for both positions is very attractive and includes bonuses on achievement of set targets.
