Human Resources Officer at CIPM

THE JOB

The organization requires the services of a Human Resource Officer who will be responsible for developing, advising and implementing policies for the effective use of the personnel in the organization while working closely with various departments increasingly in a consultancy role; assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.

The Person

• A Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) degree in any relevant social science or business degree is required for this role.
• 2 to 3 years HR experience preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Membership of CIPM
• Knowledge of the Microsoft office package
• Excellent communication, business presentation and people management skills.
