- At least 2-3 years’ store management experience/supervisory experience within a retail environment – preferably fashion retailer
- The ability to drive sales and turnover and ensure minimal stock losses for the store
- Good retail business acumen and trader mentality
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Computer literacy and excellent admin skills
- Performance management and IR skills
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and fashion
- Good interviewing, recruitment and training skills
- Good people skills and customer relations
- Security conscious and self-motivated
